Mid-Ohio Mobility Solutions is seeking the services of a program evaluation consultant (“Contractor”) with expertise in formative and summative evaluation methods. The Contractor is expected to be familiar with Federally funded human service programs for older adults and individuals with disabilities, such as those funded by Medicaid, the Administration for Community Living, and Vocational Rehabilitation, especially those that integrate transportation. Bids will be accepted electronically or in hard copy. To be delivered electronically send via email with a subject with the words “Program Evaluation Consultant Bid” to Kurt Ufholz (kufholz@gmail.com) or mail to Mid-Ohio Mobility Solutions, Inc., 14 South 5th Street, Zanesville, Ohio 43701 on or before 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Bids must be in a sealed envelope with the words “Program Evaluation Consultant Bid” written on it.
